Summer Institute HARVARD UNIVERSITY

The Arts and Passion Driven Learning institute explores how educators can use the arts to engage students across all subjects. Presented in collaboration with the Harvard Graduate School of Education, this program will open with a conversation between Yo Yo Ma and Dr. Steven Seidel, director of HGSEs Arts in Education program, and a special Silk Road Ensemble performance. Over the following two days, Ensemble musicians and Harvard faculty will present workshops designed to challenge participants to examine the role of passion in creating curriculum and engaging learners.
