Looking backward: take a look at this video we’ve created to recap Cristina’s journey in 2021, which includes footage from the ESENCIAIS initiative, and live music from a performance with singer Rosa Cedrón.
Moving on: Cristina is now focused on her teaching and learning initiatives, on her writing and on her work at the intersection between art and society. She is currently at the University of California, Santa Barbara, serving as the Arnhold Distinguished Visiting Artist in Residence, and co-teaching the collaborative class on Memory and Migration created by her alongside neuroscientist Kenneth S. Kosik and spatial artist Kim Yasuda. And she continues to collaborate with Spanish newspaper La Voz de Galicia writing a popular weekly column.
