Cristina Pato releases her new CD Migrations with SUNNYSIDE Records in 2013. Roots and Jazz: With Victor Prieto, Edward Perez, Eric Doob, Emilio Solla and GUESTS Edmar Castaneda, Mike Block, John Hadfield, Sandeep Das, Colin Jacobsen, Suso Vaamonde, Roberto Comesaña.

This fall, after two months of touring USA with Yo Yo Ma and Silk Road Ensemble, India with Sandeep Das and the HUM Ensemble and collaborating with Omar Sosa at the Barcelona Jazz Festival; Cristina Pato continues her solo career with the release of “Migrations” in January 2013 with the American jazz label Sunnyside Records.

Last month Cristina visited Texas for the third time invited by University of Texas Performing Arts and Musical Bridges Around the World. Cristina performed there with her Migrations Band. She was also part of many different educational projects for the university of Texas, MBAW, Silk Road Connect and Presidential Committee of the Arts and Humanities and Harvard University.

Next stops are Harvard University and in January the Jazz Standard in NYC: the official release party of “Migrations” with the Migrations Band…January 15th 2013 Jazz Standard New York City!! Come and celebrate!
