This fall, Cristina is participating as a speaker at the III International Congress on Art and Education organized by the Arte-Facto research group at the University of A Coruña. The congress, led by José María Mesías Lema, takes place at the headquarters of the Luís Seoane Foundation in A Coruña and features Cristina’s lecture on “In-Between: Intersections and Cultural Sustainability.” Cristina will also present this lecture at the IV North American Symposium of Galician Studies, organized by Texas Tech University in collaboration with the Consello da Cultura Galega.
This fall, Cristina returns to the KJCC at New York University (NYU), where she worked in the 2019-2020 academic year, to collaborate in a conversation with the Basque accordionist Lore Amenábar Larrañaga, discussing music and cultural identity.
